Migraines suck

Well...I can finally watch TV without sunglasses on.

Went and saw the doctor today. Gave me imitrex I think. Evens out my brain or some shit.
Got some fun Lortab's though.

But damn did the last 3 days SUCK!!

I was taking ibprofen and advil. Took the edge off it, but didn't do much.

Never had one before.

hyrdomorphine is the shit for headaches and any other pain.
i generally take lartab 10-500 though

Yeah, I get them about twice a month... but have what everyone would consider a headache 24/7... car accident.. shattered my 7th vertebra.... <sigh> So I know how you feel man...

You have it much worse than I do for sure.
I know how tough it can be with minor back pains...so that would be hell as far as I can tell.

Huge bummer man.
I have been dealing with back pains for about 4 years now. I think it started when I totaled (rollover) my 99 Cherokee. I got tossed into the back seat, which was actually a plus because I sure didn't want to be sitting in the driver's seat with where it landed.
Anyways...I was working for a liquor warehouse about a year later, and it was the end of our week. It was a very physical job, and by the end of the week, you were lifting in-correctly. Moved a keg onto a pallet, and felt something sorta pop. Sharp pain down the back of my left leg...but it stopped before my knee. Worked through it. It seemed to calm down over the weekend. Went back in that Monday night...it was over. Started lifting again and it felt like someone was stabbing my left leg just below my butt. Went through 6 months of workmens comp and physical therapy.
Got pretty damn sick of all that in a hurry. They released me after two MRI's and therapy. Still no idea what the problem is/was.

At this point, I don't get the pain all that often, but I do get stiffness if I skip a back manip, which I get monthly. Soma (muscle relaxers) and Ultram are my friends.
My doc wants to get another MRI...he thinks I have a very minor disc buldge. Just can't afford it right now with Sara's medical bills.
Sooner than later though.

Good luck with your shit man. Mine pales in comparison to yours. And mine sucks.

so far ive had 2 migraines and i have to say they suck ass!! The worst one was the last one. I saw it coming but i didnt pay attention to it, i finished my run and man that night man i cant even describe it.

I was a teenager the last one occurred and I had to get sopository (sp?)

and some sort of shot that made me feel looney.
