1st time was in 1972. I was 17 and spent 1 night in the local jail's juvie section for possesion of marijuana. Due to me being a minor it doesn't show on my record.

2nd time was when I was in the Army stationed at Fort Carson in Colorado Springs (4th ID HQ at the time). 6 of us were in a bar in the Springs getting sloshed when in walks a bunch of shit talking cowboy types. They start talking trash about GI's (it's the mid 70's). We are a bunch of rockers and some of us are crazy (myself included). The 2 don't mix that well. One of our guys (nicknamed Bam Bam - 6' 6" and 310 lbs) yells out, "Smells like fuckin goats in here!". Well, one thing lead to another and it ended in a bar room brawl. The police arrested 13 people. All six of us were eventually transfered to the MP's. Spent that night in jail and got an Article 15 with appropriate punishment (1 grade loss of rank, 2/3 loss of pay for 3 months and extra duty for 6 weeks). Since it was Military it doesn't show either. I got the rank back and ETS'd as an E4 (Spec4). And for you military types, part of the extra duty was doing POL services on all of the company's vehicles on the weekends whether they needed it or not. I was in a Combat Support company (I was a FO for the 4.2" mortar section) so it entailed a wide variety of vehicles. Also, I wasn't alone....

Been an "accessory" to crimes before. Several.

Got the cops called on me it seemed once a week last summer. One time the nazi cop thought I was high (didnt smoke jack shit that night). Usually it's just a jackass neighbor.

And I've been caught drunk while underage many times. Even breath-a-lized and everything. I get off on being charged every time because I know all the cops. They come up and theyre like, "fuck, man, why'd you do it again?" Then they drive me home, say nothing to my parents, and drive off. Pretty badass. Nice being a future cop, and all the actual ones know ya...

My brother watched me get arrested. I handed him my keys (grand am) and my checkbook. Told him to call a bailbonds place and get me out.
Should have saved the cash and stayed overnight....court was the next morning.
