Door lock/power window lights?
my driver side Door lock/power window lights don't work and the passenger side ones I can only see a small bit of white light on the edges but it doesn't illuminate the switch. I see there is one screw near the door handle which loosens that area and one screw underneath a little closer to the front. took both those out but couldn't get the cover off from the switch area. Do I need to do something else? Thanks for the info

If I remember right, the switch one just pops up. No screws involved in just the switch panel. Have to pull this one before removing the one behind the door handle and there should be only one screw to remove the plate behind the handle.

Bulb #74...
This is a hot topic all of a sudden, just did mine and PM'ed someone these instructions so:
<<<Where you grab the handle to pull to open on the door panel, their is a black/grey oval trim bezel, look towards the top in the direction of the front of the car and you will see a small red square lens, behind this is a #74 bulb and a small socket. it shines a tiny amount of red light on the switches or it suppose to when their working...keep in mind I am talking firebird/trans ams...I would assume camaros would be similar, maybe? To get into the area where the socket is, pry up the switch panel and pull it out of the way a little, then take the phillips screw by your door handle out, the trim bezel will come out and you will see the wire and socket going into the bezel, twist to remove and swap out the bulb, reinstall, viola.>>>
PS-I also have some #74 led replacments on order, I will advise how much better those turn out too.
Regards,
Todd

Mine has the same problem your talking about, theres 2 reasons I can think of why this would happen and both lead to the same thing,
1.) your window regulator went bad and needed replacing
2.) your car was hit from the side like I think mine was before I bought it, I did a carfax and it said there was driver side A pilar damage which would explain a lot, I think the car got t-boned before I bought it.
Either way this results in the door panel coming off for whatever reason and it was not properly put back on. My passenger side lights up like it should and my driver does exactly what you are saying yours does.

just popped the covers off. it was very easy. the driver side is lit and the p/s one fell out but is working now. I though there were lights that actually lit up the switches and not just the little red light. doesn't do much but both are working now. Thanks for all the help. much appreciated!
