triple-black- 2000 CamaroSS convertible
I run them ... been running them for the last 2 years.
I use 500/150... and have a 35/21 swaybar setup.
It's taken care by Koni DAs for damping.
works great.... great handling and confortableEugenio_SS

WOW 500/150 as in 500 front and 150 rear? It handles good you say, also it must launch pretty good with that weight transfer.

That is 500 front 150 rear? right?

Yup.
If I would have done it again I think I would've opted for 600# fronts & 175# rears for high speed stability.
And still the current spring rates and shock settings give me a ridiculously handling f-body, and for me, the comfort aspect is better than the factory ride.
Keep in mind though that there are other folks out there that feel the Koni shocks are far too stiff for a comfortable ride, they would rather have their f-bodies ride like a Cadillac...
Now that's pretty funny, bottomline our suspension is FAR from ever being a Cadillac ride; Camaro's are not Cadillacs...By making the suspension that soft will severly impact cornering performance.

Anyone know factory spring rates? wonder if the 500 150 setup would work on the bilsteins?

That depends...
Off the shelf Bilstein HD's are designed to work with factory spring rates and height...
If you go stiffer and lower, technically they are not stout enough to handle the stiffer/lower springs and you'll feel a harsh ride...
Lots of folks use them them anyway for aftermarket springs and swear that their car handles great--that's because their car feels better than the POS factory deCarbon shocks and factory spring rates...
All they know is that what they have now is better than factory, which isn't saying much.
Sam Strano makes revalved Bilstein shocks designed specifically for the aftermarket springs that you choose, they're more $$ than the Bilstein HD's but they will work well with whatever aftermarket springs you get...You'll have to tell Sam what springs you're going to get before you order the revalved Bilstein's from him so he can match the shock valve-ing with the spring rates.
This setup is GREAT if you're not planning on changing the springs anytime soon, as the revalved Bilstein's are not adjustable...
Should you decide to change the spring stiffness, then guess what??? You'll probably need to revalve the Bilstein shocks again, so your car will be not driveable until you get them back.
Now, if you don't see yourself changing the spring rates then the revalved Bilstein's would be PERFECT!!!
If you see yourself changing the springs or if you want to have the ability to stiffen up or soften your ride AND you want a great cornering car then the adjustable Koni's are the way to go...

Off the top of my head I don't know, I got the specs @home but I'm currently in Irving TX and won't be back home till 6/30...
RE: High speed stability...
I had a rather alarming experience a few weeks ago, I was on the southbound 405 in Orange County, going to a car show back in May, saw the new vert Camaro in person...
Anyway, I was waiting for a friend of mine coming up fast, once he was about 4 carlengths behind I hit it, was taking it up to redline in 4th, I was going over 110 when I hit a dip in the freeway and DANG my rear end started fishtailing!!!
Actually it was probably due to the fact that my rear DA's are blown!
Im gonna change the rears to the SA's then install the rear sway, already got Sam's hollow 21mm rear in the box, the hollow 35mm is already on the front, once I do that then I'll see if I can stiffen up the suspension enough with shock settings, I mightn not have to change springs...
But I think I'd rather have stiffer springs for a bit more lateral stiffness,
