    Shifter knob and shaft question...

Will this either one of these shifters work/thread on to the stock shifter or to the shifter handle in the third link? does anyone have any experience with these?

I am thinking with how tall the stock shaft is i might want to go with the shorter one to compensate for the length of the new shifter handle?!?!

    Anyone have these?

sorry man, I got the a4, and I think a lot of people go over the top when they buy a shift knob. i had a freaking revolver cylinder on my 87 (it was redneck but fun)

They should work together, considering all of them are designed by Hurst.

As to working with the stocker. Doesn't the WS6 come with the Hurst Shifter as well?

I would get the shorter shaft, just for improved shifting.

I wouldnt run either of those shift knobs on a stick car. they are not that comfortable when shifting a manual. Not to mention they get real hot in direct sunlight. I have one of the stock style leather wrapped SLP ones and in my opinion its one of the nicest knobs out there next to the new C6 knob.
