The problem with outsourcing is that companies don't want to pay/hire americans to do the job for $18/hr when they can pay/hire some raghead in India $10/hr to do the same thing. LMFAO, I was planning on buying a 30" monitor from them until the rep asked me if I CURRENTLY HAD a monitor on my laptop. Not only is it a laptop and I was wanting an external monitor for movie viewing, we were using ONLINE CHAT.
