no... i fucking pressed "1" for english... i want some one who speaks english with out a forgien accent... i want an american... not some dumb shit who can't understand me and who i can not understand trying to solve a problem... i'll do my best to get them all fired untill some one starts working there that speaks a hell of a lot better english...

That's not the reason..plenty of people would love to sit on their ass all day and answer tech questions. The problem with outsourcing is that companies don't want to pay/hire americans to do the job for $18/hr when they can pay/hire some raghead in India $10/hr to do the same thing.
Now if we're talking about mexicans picking strawberries...then hell yea americans don't wanna do that shit.

LMFAO, I was planning on buying a 30" monitor from them until the rep asked me if I CURRENTLY HAD a monitor on my laptop. Not only is it a laptop and I was wanting an external monitor for movie viewing, we were using ONLINE CHAT. Needless to say, I ended the chat session and went with a 37" Vizio for 3/4 the price of the 30" Dell.
