Got one, and yes it has the hole... The pod overlays the existing pillar and comes with 4 snap in inserts to hold it. You then will drill holes through the origonal pillar for the wiring.

Red Tint Jewelcoat- 2008 Trailblazer SS
If I recall correctly...the pod comes in black and black only.
I had to paint mine to match the boring grey interior.

as soon as i hook up the NX i might put that in the center console, but after talking to you about mounting the bottle between the rear seats ill just use the one guage that comes with the kit , and just look behind me to see whats the NX press.
would that be fine with just having the small guage attached to the bottle to read for NX??

i only use 2 of the included screws on the far left side. it was such a tight fit that i didnt see the need for any more, which is a good thing.

That sounds good ! At the track, you are constantly baby sitting the bottle pressure... I removed the monsoon head unit, made a custom NX control with the heater switch, now I can control it all from the drivers seat. Except when the bottles get to hot, I lay a white towel over them... Time to hook up a cooling fan unit !!!
You'll have to post some pic's when you get her done ! Good Luck !!!

I want to do that, but I don't have anything worth the extra gauges yet and I have to get some other stuff first. those interiors look GOOD though!...and here mine's in the freaking shop.
