Holy 5.0

I was driving yesterday had the tops off beautiful day. When a blue 5.0 with the cobra symbol on the side pulls up next to me it sounded cammed not scared i have beaten 5.0 with cams he revs and I hear a blow off valve. Now i was like holy shit i look he has drag radials ohh ohh. Light changes we both take off through first he gets about a half a car the through second and third pulls on me HARD. My mods are bolt ons and im lowered (for now). We pull into a gas station i ask what hes pushing. The motor before his new heads and the turbo was 330rwhp and at 9lbs of boost he dynoed at 575rwhp. Thing sounded sick, set my car alarm off and he didnt even rev it he just started it lol.

It would have to be a kill in order to be in that section, in this case he's the one that got his ass handed to him. But if the car had 575 RWHP i can't say that i blame him.

I know to stay away from the Cobra's, for the time being. They are 390hp, I think. I will wait till I start modding to run against one, and not just the bolt-ons. I'm talking maybe cam and blower mods.

how could it be an 89 cobra? the first year was in 93. It was the first year of the cobra and last year of the fox body. i know cuz my friend had one.

It might not have been a real cobra i just said it had the symbol on the side and it was a trubo 5.0 with 575rwhp so i think he earned the cobra symbol lol.

Like i said man afterwards when we were parked, he started his car and my alarm went off i was 4 spaces down from him. He didnt rev just started it, sound sick.

Who said its legal here lol, it was turbo headers and then a straight pipe that stopped under the frount of the back seats. Also the cam he had was big the car didnt wanna keep running.

He said it was blue, it is definitely NOT a 93 cobra either. They were only made in red, teal, and black I think. Teal is hardly blue.

So today i raced the turbo 5.0 guys everyday driver which guess what, is a white 5.0 with heads, exhaust and rear end gears. I beat it by 2-3 car lengths up to 80. Revenge is mine lol.
