stock 00 z28 rims w/ tires

i have a set of 00 z 28 rims w/ a new set of 245-50zr16 Avon Tech m550 a/s tires. i have the centers, the lugs and locking lugs. i am missing one lug and two lug caps(plastic covers) i have the lock tool as well. i will send out pics if you email me as soon as i can. i work 2nd so it might take til 2pm to responed. the tires may have a 1000- 1500miles on them. the rims are in new condition. their is no chips or curb rash at all. the tires are from tire rack and cost around $700. i would like to get the money back on the tires. so i'm asking $600. if you live in or around s.c (ga,nc,tenn)i will be willing to meet you to exchange wheels. i will take reasonable offers.
