tuning question

My SES light is on because I just re-did my exhaust and my o2 sensors are out of place. I need to pass emissions soon and need to get the light off, plus my car is misfirng and its pissin me off. I was just going to get the predator tuner and delete the code, will this work? Also, what else can a predator tuner do for a m6 car? I have a few mods to the intake and exhaust of my car and definetely needs a tune. Can the predator tuner fix this too? What would you guys do in this situation??

id find someone local to delete my codes for $50 or $75 bucks and be done with it...cheaper then sims or predator...or just buy hptuners or efilive for myself to tune them out.
