Are muscle car drivers muscle men?
Totally random poll...but i was wondering who else spends as much time at the gym as me. I've been going hard for about two years, ever since i started REALLY wanting a ws6 (coincidence?)...so how many of you enjoy pumping iron as much as me...is it the big engine that stimulates big muscles? haha so look through the poll options, which im trying my best to make all encompassing, and BE HONEST
and include stats if you want
im 5'11, 168 max bench 225, deadlift 365 squat-havent tried

I chose the moderate gym-goer one... I go to the gym 4 days a week, pretty intense but I've only started recently, its was a new years resolution (one of the only ones I stuck to)

I'm kinda on and off but in the last 4 months or so I've gotten back into pretty hard. I've put on 10lbs in the last 4 months which I am totally pumped about. I've been the same weight for like 7 years and it going to the gym never made a difference I would look ripped but would still weigh the same.

i said just do some cardio.
as of the past week i decided that i'm going to take up jogging/running again as well as pushups and situps. don't know much about goin to a gym. i just know that i felt better and looked better when i was in the army than what i do now.
i've also been trying to eat better/healther and in the past 2 weeks have already gone from 221 down to 215.
