I suppose you could run some cleaner via the gas. My 2000 Z28 the injectors aren't that difficult to access. If that is your problem gas treatment might free them up but changing the effected injectors would be an instant fix.

that cleaner u use in the tanks kinda works, but if u dont see a difference, GM has its own injector cleaner. it works really well. they fill a container of the cleaner and hook it up to the fuel rail-tap disconnect the fuel pump and it runs off of straight cleaner till it dies.
downside is that i think u can only do it at a dealership or other shop

The "in the gas tank" stuff is great for preventative maintenance but every now and then (we recommend at least once a year or 12,000 miles) you should professionally clean your injectors - it can make a world of difference.
See our ad in the sponsor section or http://www.iecoklahoma.com
Keeping my power level tops is fine, but keeping my MPG way up is even more important to me lately.

Ditto what Steve wrote. Get one of his kits and use it as recommended. Use it on all your fuel injected engines. Help your friends and family by cleaning theirs, too. They'll love you even more and be more willing to help you with other things when you need it.

Thanks for the plug Gator, but you forgot to add your friends should buy their own cans of cleaner and bring the *refreshments* :-)
Good as gifts for those Chrysler owners that leave the distinctive trail of rotten eggs, usually cleans them right up.
Injector Tester release is delayed a couple of days, darn company I had make the front panel labels messed up so I had to get someone local to do them. Looks like Saturday will be first ship.

I've cleaned a few injectors by pulling the actual injector and dipping it in a cup full of that injector cleaner and activating the solonoid a few times. Might be worth a try if nothing else works.

That works on occasion but most people would prefer not to upset the entire fuel rail as the O-Ring seals don't exactly like it. Any time I have to pull an injector I figure in a new set of seals. Not very expensive to replace but not a lot of fun to do so either.

Sea Foam is great stuff but we're talking about the professional cleaner most places charge you $70 - $100 to do. They've got a $600 NAPA or Borg Warner kit to do it with but we can put one in your toolbox for less than $80.
You have to buy the can(s) of cleaner as we can't ship them but we provide a way to use that cleaner right in your driveway, and on as many cars as you like over and over.
Bit of missing at idle? MPG down? (as if you guys really pay attention to that) Put your engine back in top tune?
Read through the website. We're offering it as a tool and we provide nearly 24x7 support. (we do have to eat on occasion)

It was worth the money I spent at a local shop.It ran for two hours on the cleaner, gained 2 in.of vacuum back, lost the ping&hesitation. It initially had 2 injectors low.

if you have two blocked injectors i seriously doubt anything put in the fuel will clear themThey are probably blocked with rust and debris from the fuel system. You could probaly pull them and clean the screens or have the screens replaced.you should inspect the system for rust while you're in there.
