Black- 1997 Trans Am
FS: Hypertech for 99 LS1
I recently bought a 1999 Trans Am with a HPP3 installed. I am having a local guy do a tune and I just removed the program from the car. It says on the back 99 LS1 Camaro/Firebird auto/manual with a number of 390752. I will sell it for $125 shipped in the states(except Alaska and Hawaii) will have to check on actual shipping charges there. I take paypal, MO, let me know.
Price includes the programmer/cable and downloaded instructions from the hypertech website. Don't have original box. Please don't ask if it fits any others, I don't know that answer.
Thanks,
Chris

Looks to be under $15, so I will do the $125 shipped if you are interested. I will save first dibs for you. I will check my email in the AM to see if you are interested. My paypal is cldetamore@zoominternet.net as well.
Thanks,
Chris

Is that the correct part number? I searched Hypertech website but I didn't find that number.

John, I emailed Hypertech and I will send you the results. It clearly states LS1 camaro/firebird manual/auto on the back. I think it says 99-00 years as well. I figure it is an extension of the 30025 model. I will know for sure when I am contacted by hypertech. I will take a pic of the programmer this evening and send it to you.
Thanks,
Chris

Still haven't heard from Hypertech. The programmer is right here and it just says 99 (not 00).

John, let me know soon if you want the Hypertech. I received an email from Hypertech and here it is:
Chris
Part# 30025 is the only unit available now it supersedes part# 390752 along with some other numbers. The power gain and options are the same as with the old part numbers which is no longer available. We consolidated several part numbers into one so our dealers will not have to keep as many units on their shelves. We had several different versions of the old part numbers and I'll need the serial# off the back of the unit to be exact. Thanks
Jim

I guess the intended buyer is getting cold feet. First one with the money gets it. I just need to get my car programmed. If anyone has any doubts about my integrity then check me out on other boards. I am 1quikta on nastyz28.com and camaroz28.com as well as ls1tech.com and familymangt on kyhorsepower.com. I was 1quikta on here before the board reset last year. I am in Proctorville, OH 45669 if anyone wants to pick it up personally.
I just sold my 80 Camaro to a guy in AZ on nastyz28.com, sight unseen and you can read his great comments there.
Thanks,
Chris
