need some quick info

I have an LS1 swap in my RX7
I just want to know how should I do my exhaust?
piping:2 1/2 or 3 inch?
exhaust system:H-pipe?X-pipe?or dual exhaust(just straight through)?

In my Miata LS1. Used 2.5" duals, x-pipe, cats, bullet style mufflers & resonators. Sounds awesome, not too loud. Also have custom made 1-5/8" long tube headers. Flow is good. Would definately run duals through either an x or an h not without. Use of 3" or even normally sized mufflers may be tight &/or hang too low. Although, there are those whom have used Magnaflows buried up under the rear.

BTW, my set up flows well enough to support flow from AFR 205's, Comp cam, Weiand intake, 78mm ported TB & MAF.

anyway,I also have another question:where can I find an aftermarket intake manifold and I read in the "Top 10 Mods",SAFC ? what is that?I'm use to the import crowd and SAFC stands for "super air fuel controller"
