Black- 01' SS
bad idea or good idea?
i have no budjet what so ever i drive an 01 SS with just over 40000 miles on it, the other day i cut out the bottom of my stock airlid? im also thinking about putting to cutouts in the styrafome on the grill.. and then run two pipes straight into the bottom of the airbox through the filter and into the car. if anybody has any ideas on wether or not i should go through with it let me know? thanks

i agree too. If good gains could be had the part would already exist in the aftermarket.

There's already holes in the styrafoam ... it comes that way stock. It's how the air gets to the front of the airbox.
