TA power antenna
has anyone here rplaced the power antenna on the ta's with a small permanently up antenna, or even something smaller. mine still works, its just that i think it looks like shitwhen i wanna listen to cds (never radio) and my antenna has to go up. that thing looks like its 6 feet up

Don't have one, but thinking you could locate the power wire to the antenna and just disconnect it - or maybe even install a switch.

disconnected it. no antenna, but i got my music. awesome. thanks for the help
