I knew that as soon as fall came around we would start to see some decent numbers from the C6-Z06.

Where did you get the "old slicks" BS from! It even states on the video title screen on drag radials... moron!
That pass was made on 17" drag radials...
Mr Luos - Last Saturday when that pass was made here in MD, the DA was -850. Sunday morning it was -2150

Ranger from ls1tech is who ran the vette and here's a quote from him on corvetteforum " did dismount the stock rears and strap on three-year-old BFG 315.35.17 DRs, graciously lent to me by Dick Link." So yea...fuck you too moron
Link to when JD posted it on stangforums...the link to the vette forum is in his first post. http://www.mustangforums.com/m_2221374/tm.htm
So if you're going to call names internet tough guy...back the shit up at least dipshit. I'll probably get a warning from this post but it's worth it.
And in my first post I said the drags are 3 years old....yea i jacked up the title...wooopdedoLast edited by SeVeReDiStOrTiOn; 11-13-2006 at 08:47 PM.

Ranger is a heck of a driver. I've learned a lot from him from the Corvette Forum. My times and driving knowledge at the track have improved greatly thanks to his tips. Heck, I was just PM'ing the guy about some of the techniques he uses that can help me, and he offered me his phone number to call him so I can ask him all kind of questions. That's the class act Ranger is. Also, he has some of the best times at the tracks with the C5-Z06 as well

You said slicks, he ran DRs. You post something like this and call me the "internet tough guy", and then send me a PM calling me a troll and to "go back to civic nation"... Look in the mirror sometime! BTW - I watched that car run IN PERSON (although not the 10 second pass).

Obviously you didn't read my first post and just radomly pick out peoples mistakes...so stop nut huggin the title and read the post.
Who else besides trolls and internet tough guys call random people that they've never talked to morons? With 40ish posts and your attitude you fall under the troll category...and with the name calling for no reason you're a "internet tough guy". What I said in my last post was in reaction to your name calling. Look up all my posts and you can count on one hand how many times i've jumped on someone like that. Clear things up for ya??

I've been here for nearly 5 years, with many more posts than what shows. Remember all the board problems not too long ago? Clean slate for everyone.
I called you a moron because just a day before I saw this post I was reading a thread on another board where everyone was claiming the run was made on slicks and nitrous, as they just couldn't accept a stock 10 second American car. Seeing another post, on an F-body board of all place, claiming he was running equipment he never used irked me.
And finally, check MY posts. They're all in tech areas. And tell me if the info provided within still qualifies me as a troll.
