refresh the engine???
I heard the expression of a person refreshing their engine. what do they mean. does this mean they disaasemble it and put it back together again????

Yeah, I've heard people say it that way before.
Same as calling an engine hoist a "cherry picker," but less used.

cherry picker is less used than engine hoist? since when...
oh and i would call a refresh like a seal/gasket replace... no bore/hone rotating assembly replacement...

No, I meant people call an a engine rebuild a "refresh" less frequently than they call a hoist a "cherry picker."
Everyone around here calls them "cherry pickers."
