    I bought this a few months ago from thunder racing and I have since sold the car. Brand new has never been opened, from the original packaging.

    No it is an internal pump and you have to drop the tank or cut an access hole in the floor to access the pump. Racetronix recommends dropping the tank and cleaning the tank out while it was dropped.
