looking for smart guy in phoenix

Ok here's the deal. I am buying a new club in Phoenix and am about a month away from taking possesion.

I am willing to setup the right guy in his own security company. YOU would own the company, manage it, hire and fire, etc.

YOU would provide security for MY clubs in the Phoenix area. (2 clubs with the new one.)

YOU need to be the following:

1. Smart and a fast learner.
2. Concert security, bodyguard, or nightclub experiance helps, but we will train the RIGHT GUY.
3. You need to be able to resist and stay out of the shit that goes on in strip clubs. (for instance, if you can't resist the charms of a naked woman---DON'T APPLY)
4. IF you drink----DON'T APPLY
5. IF you drug-----DON'T APPLY
6. IF you like to fight----DON'T APPLY
7. IF you think your a bad ass ----DON'T APPLY
8. IF you can't handle an insult----DON'T APPLY

9. It would be best if you were over 30 years old, but will consider anybody. It's more important that your the right person with the right temperament.

Being head of security is NOT like the movie ROADHOUSE.

Oh and also NO CONVICTED FELONS.

If you do a good job you should make roughly (it varies from week to week) 1500.00 a week in cash after you pay your employees. (no checks) It's up to you how much you want to report to the IRS.
