Removing RH side manifold
I have an exhaust leak on the passenger side right around the manifold, but i can't pinpoint where exactly it is. Ticks pretty good when you first start it up, but goes away after it warms up and expands. Was wandering how painful it is to replace them and/or would it be better to just put some headers on it. Can i get headers or even the manifold on with the engine in the car, because it looks pretty tight?

Gaskets aren't that bad to do.(I've changed mine four times) Put a set of headers on and haven't changed them since. Yes headers can be put on with the motor still in the car.

r you sure its not piston slap that your hearing? if your sure its an exhuast leak i would def. do headers while you have the manifold off. you will like yourself better for doing so
