supercharged v6?

i've heard you can get near-z28 performance with a supercharged 3.8L. is this true? and if so, how much would this cost, and how much labor would it be? also, is there a cheaper alternative (obviously not with the same hp gain) but i've seen things like electric turbos that just force more air into your engine, now this is obviously not on the same level, and not an alternative, but do these things do anything at all? or are they a complete waste?

You're right about that. Powerdyne has a kit, Procharger can be used also with a kit for 3.8s. You can also turbocharge 3.8s. There are plenty of room to put one infront of the engine and I'm sure there you can just copy the other's turbo kit to make yours work. There are more than handfuls with turbochargers. No offense, but why try and go for near z-28 performance when you can get a z-28. In the end you'll spend a lot of money getting it to that level. IMO sell the 6 and get a ls1 and supercharge that.
