    stroker kits??

    has any one used a eagle kit??if so have u had any prolbems??i'm fixin to build a 6.0l stroker for my 98ss, just look for a good kit to go with.

    How much does the 6.0l kit cost? A 6.0l is 362 or 363 cubic inches, which is only 16 or 17 cubic inches more than stock. So if the price isn't much different, it might be better to get a 383 stroker kit.

    And you say only 18 cubes bigger.
    That is just more potential. I would also believe the 6.0L kit would be to make a 6.0L into a 402. Not sure about that though, don't know anything about the Eagle kit.

    i just built my 6.0 stroker 4" stroke 4" bore makes it a 402 ci motor. I have heard nothing but bad things about eagle. I would spend the extra cash on a good crank rods and pistons. I went with callies crank, howards rods, and mahle pistons 11.3:1 compression.
    00 ss camaro, 6.0 liter iron block, 4" callies crank, 4" Mahle pistons, Howards rods, Comp cam .598/.598, ported polished heads, Fast 90mm intake and tb flp headers and y pipe, lingenfelter muffler and tips, Maf, injectors, frame connectors.
