ET's....what do yall think?
Alright, just was wondering what yall think my new end time will be. The first run last year was 13.963 (2.73 Gear and cat-back at 2000' DA)
Heres my total mod list:
SLP airlid
SLP Bellows
ASP underdrive pulley
Free Ram-air
EGR pipe removal
Taylor 10.4's
NGK TR55's
SLP larger diameter y-pipe
Magnaflow Cat-back
Poly trans mount
3.42 gear swap
Car is an auto, tires are 245/50/16's with medium tread remaining
What do yall think it will run?

You know that all depends on whether you are in the same conditions that you were last time. Right now it's the hottest time of year. That doesn't make for drag bragging rights type of slips.
With that said, and in the same conditions, i'd say you shave off a good 4 tenths of a sec. You should be running mid 13's. You should've gotten a stall instead of changing your ring and pinion gear. That's just my opinion though.2001 T/A WS6 M6

Well I didn't just change the ring and pinion...i picked up a used diff out of a wrecked 02 SS M6 from a friend who also installed it...250 bucks! Wouldn't a stall with 2.73's feel really loose anyway?

I don't know if it would feel loose, as I have never owned an automatic car. I have heard of people gaining more significant results 1/4 mile wise from adding a stall then changing the ring and pinion gear.
I always buy stick shift cars.
I just think it would've made a bigger difference if you did it with say a change of the ring and pinion gear and put in a stall converter (Like a Yank). Some guy on another board took off eight tenths of a sec. w/ 3.73's and a 3500 stall converter.

Well, here are the ET's for today. Track temperature(Carolina Dragway in Jackson, SC) was 135 degrees and it was 90+ degrees outside...2536 DA and the track wouldn't hook for anything.

Hope to do better with some sticky tires and less of a hot day.
