Low idle when brake pressed on C10 LS swap
Hey everyone, I recently put an 6.0 in my 1984 GMC truck. It’s a cam and rockers only and complete rebuild. I used the BP DBC harness and use the 2010 Camaro card style MAF. I had a tune done for it just so it would idle and I could drive it in and out of the shop while I finished getting it road worthy.. my problem is when I step in the brakes the idle goes to about 300 rpm’s. Before we runs down the brake booster path..It does it without the booster connected. It started when I connected the TCC switch.. the switch is working correctly and wired correctly to the switch. Anyone ran across this? I feel like something in the programming is killing the idle once the brake is pressed.. thanks 👍
