Right spark plug
Just found out my 2002 ws6 has a ls6 block. I put plugs for an ls1 in motor, are they the same plug?

Yep same plugs unless you are running nitrous or some type of power adder.

Yes they are. Use Iridium plugs and you will never need to change them again unless you foul them or upgrade your induction system. I buddy of mine put them into his Silverado truck and just replaced them with 127k on them. Almost no wear.
My ride is a 2002 Camaro SS SLP #3296 with 30k, LTH, 3" Y, CME, Frost tune, K&N, ported TB, Blackwing lid, Bellows, MSD, Denso Iridium, and 85mm MAF, Bilsteins, Eibach springs, SLP strut brace, Adj. Panhard, TA Girdle, UMI, Pro 5.0, Nitto NT555
My wife has a 2004 GTO with the rare SAP, 18" wheels, K&N Cold Air System, MSD, Ported TB, Frost tune, Denso Iridium, Flowmaster cat-back, 3200 Yank, 75k

Main difference between the LS1 and LS6 block is better internal venting and probably an increase in overall strength, if I recall.

Whatever plugs you use, put some anti seize on the threads and don't over tighten them. I like to use the Permatex brand.

Thanks for that info. Glad I don't have to change the seven and eight plugs, they are a pain to reach

Couple of tips for future reference -- remove the coil packs, pop the plastic pins up that secure the cowl seal, use a 1-1/2" extension on your ratchet, and go at number 8 from under the car.
