    SFC install Loaded vs Unloaded

It seems like a terrible pain in the ass to weld in SFC's with the vehichle's tires loaded. Can they be done with the car on a lift without a load on the suspension? What will happen?

you really should weld them in with the car on the ground. if you weld em in on a lift, the frame may be twisted a little. you dont want that. i would find a drive on lift and do it that way.

Like bww3588 said. They must be welded with the vehicle completely loaded on the tires. If you do not do this you will weld a twist into your chassis.

Did mine (bolt-on) on a drive on Lift. Piece of cake. Will use same lift when I decide to weld them up.
