That is hilarious. He shouldn't even try to fight it. He will just make himself look like a huge jackass. Instead say "yeah... I messed up and now I have to pay the fines and faces the charges that anyone else would."

...the poetic justice is that he supported the a-holes who make the law even more draconian, ...then got ensnared in it himself, ..and is now shocked as to the problem... i love it!
