Well The New Batman/Superman Movie Is Going To Suck

    Ben Affleck? Really?

    Ben Affleck Is New Batman

His acting sucked in Daredevil, he sucked as Jack Ryan (to the point of killing the planned Clancy franchise), and he sucked in Payday. All his action movies suck.

Maybe my skepticism will be unwarranted, but I think that Batman just grew turkey wings.

I think they need to leave Batman alone for a while...Micheal Keaton did a really good job in the first batman "i know it wasnt the actual first one, but its the first one that was modernized". Then they destroyed the series with Val Kilmer and George Clooney...fast forward to Batman Begins and they finally got it right with the last 3 movies. Now they want to reboot the series AGAIN and its going to suck...I have NO idea how they came to the conclusion that Ben Affleck would be a good fit. I like Christopher Nolan A LOT and think that he was dead on with the last 3 batman movies...so im very curious to see if he is involved or what he has planned for the superman vs batman movie.

It's possible Nolan's involved, but as with Man of Steel, Zac Snyder's directing.

Me too. When they brought out The sum of all fears, I thought cool, finally get to see a Tom Clancy book in theater. What a waste. That is the exact moment I hated Ben Affleck. What a waste of space. I won't watch the new Batman. Won't. I would rather watch a documentary on stamp collecting.

I agree about Ben Affleck and action movies. Imho, that's not a good fit for him.
I'm actually surprised that Ben Affleck took the film role. ??? It's not like he and Jennifer Garner are hurting for money or income. Imho, I don't see this role and movie as helping his career.

So now, on to the important stuff!
Who wants to see if we can resurrect the Documentary on Stamp Collecting? Don't all reply at once, that might crash the LS1 servers!

To his credit, Argo was a very good movie and he was pretty good in it. He's simply not suited to play a super hero role or be in action movies.

Massive failure, one of the very few ways that Batman could ever be portrayed as a pussy.

I thought the same when they announced Heath Ledger as the joker and we saw how that turned out. I can't even picture Affleck as Batman but who knows he might just pull a hat out of his ass.
