Am I the only one that thinks this way?

For the 4thgens anyway. In my opinion, the 96-97 SS just looks down right mean, while the 96-97 WS6 looks more subtle, more "civilized". Then when they redesigned the fronts for the LS1, the 98-02 SS looks more subtle and "civilized" and the WS6 looks down right mean. Maybe they decided to switch the perception with the redesign? Just something I noticed.

HMMM maybe. If I had my pick I would go with a 98-02 SS. They have real good lines , and the hood almost gives it a Vette look... IMO

I have to agree, and to tell you the truth, IMHO it hurt its sales with the people that ended up buying Mustangs.

if it means anything i am a mustang guy and still think the 98-02 ws6s are very sinister looking. whenever u see a black ws6 on the road u always look at it and listen, watch it to see if the owner gets on it. if it wasnt out of my price range at the time i was shoppin there would be one in my driveway. if you guys havent figured it out yet i dont subscribe to the 4th gen versus fox mustang fights. i like both cars. fuck ford vs gm. it should be ford and gm vs the world. united.
