    Ice Fest

    I went on a photographing expedition on Friday in Hamilton Ohio at Ice Fest ....shining a red laser pointer at this sculpture for special effects ......the soldier they named the city for .........

    very neat they do an ice sculpture contest in chambersburg pa every year about 20 mins from me, its incredible what ppl can do with a block of ice!

    Never seen anything of that magnitude up close or in real life before with ice. Looks awesome. I've watched someone use a chainsaw and make a beaver out of a tree though. That was pretty cool.

    Thank You all for the kind words. . The city that hosted this Ice Fest is also having an amateur photo contest that pays for 1st $150, 2nd $75, 3rd$50...so I've decided to enter this photo in hopes of winning 1st - I want a new tripod to mount the Camera to
