2000 Grand Prix GTP- 2000 Trans Am WS6 M6
Why are you doing these upgrades if your not upgrading your cam? Seems kind of pointless unless you're nearing 200k miles, and even then I don't see the point. I have a friend who is over the 200k mile mark in his 1998 Camaro SS with a completely stock motor, clutch, trans, and rear.
To answer your question...Trunion Upgrade for the rockers, 7.400" (stock length) Hardened Pushrods, and LS6 Springs. Retainers are one of those "non-wear" parts that do not need to be replaced, but if you insist, you can pick them up from GM for super cheap...$2 each I think. If you're repacing the retainers, you might as well replace the valve locks as well.
The only performance gain you'll see is from lighter rocker arms (Yella Terra), but I still don't see the point of spending $400 for aftermarket rocker arms on a stock motor. The gains will be minimal, if there are any at all.

IMO thats a lot of work and no point to do any of it without upgrading the cam
