oe wheel question

hello, I ordered some Corvette C5 Deep Dish Wheels from OE wheels, 18inches, 9.5 in in the front and 10.5 in. in the rear. Today I received them, I opened them and they looked wider then I thought, so I measured them with my tape measure and they measured 11.5 and 10.5, is that normal or am i measuring wrong?

You measure from bead to bead where the tire mounts. You don't measure from outside lip to outside lip. They don't even offer an 18x11.5 that should be the first clue that something may be off.
