HID kits.
hello guys, i need some help on HID kits, i usually buy xentec from ebay, i have bought many kits before, no problems with the product yet, the only problem is that they claim to be water proof.. but they are not, with a tear of water they go bad..
now im looking to buy them from DDM tunning many people say good things about them, i have few questions. are they water proof? one more question which should do you guys get the ones for $30 dollars or $45?
which kits i should get 35 or 55 watts? thanks for the help!

idk about water proof but my buddy is running them on his truck that he washes weekly and has been driving it all winter with no problems... i also just got the kit havent gotten the camaro out yet because of the so called "winter" this year but they are working just fine.... mine and his kits are the $30 ones and we ran 35w... the really is no need for the 55w setup 35 is bright enough!!!

I've had DDM tuning ones for a bit now with no problems. My Xentecs lasted a month or two and I couldn't get them warranty replaced.
35w is what I have in the fogs and lowbeams.

thank you guys! i just ordered them from ddm tunning..
xentec are ok, but it bothers me that one they gets messed up, the sellers doesnt reply the msg back to you.
i have red here a while ago that the ddmtunning ships that item from outside of the country.. is that true? if so, how long does it take to receive them? thanks

from my understanding they have a warehouse in the US but kits come from outside the US, and replacements come from the US warehouse? i may be wrong tho!

i just cheked the website, the stores are located here in south cali, so that shouldnt take long to receive them.
i have heard that the ones you buy come from the outside, the replacement parts are here in the u.s...
lets see how it goes lol
