Hey I am modding again Cam headers ls6 intake what to choose

Ok I just bought an LS6 intake a set of Kook headers and custom y pipe. I have a Yank SS3200 now, a lid and 3:42 gears.

I don't want to change the heads on the car, I would like to change the cam,trunion kit,dual spring ,pushrod ,retainers,ls2 chain and wondering what the best cam would be.

I am looking at a 224/224 .581 rise and 112lsa or a ESP cam what do you guys think. I have a 2000 Trans am ls1 with 45000 miles and it is a fun street car that I drive every chance I get in the summer and once or twice a year at the track?

I am looking to wake it up but also keep it very driveable in town and relaible. I have a 7 yr old and a wife that drives the car on nice days so I need it very flexible but remember it is my toy and a second vehicle but I use it in the summer as my main car just because It's so much fun to drive :-)

for stock heads the 228r is popular, little more duration, and i think about that same lift

the 224R and 228R are the best Daily Driver cams out there.
