    I know, mine isnt an LS1 :(

    Member over at CamaroZ28.com. Have been given ideas of swaping my lt1 out for an ls1 once mine has bit the bullet. Right now I have it at Protree racing having some bolt on done, long tubes, electric water pump, CAI, tune.
    Plan on having a block being built while I get some fun time outta this one. I bought this z back in middle of Sept as a bday present to myself. 172k miles, automatic, stock block, tranny and rear end.

    Will have some pics soon. Hope it comes out pretty well, is at Protree Racing having the mods done. It is in the middle of me doing my own paint job on it also. The paint was in pretty rough shape, and since im more worried about performance and reliability over looks right now, figured id just do the paint myself till budget allows professional job.

    Once mods are done, hope by Friday, I will get some under hood and other pics.

    3200 stall suppose to be going in it today!! I have never had an aftermarket stall on a car. Very interested in c'ng how I like it.

    Swap isnt cheap....Ls1 cars are getting cheaper and cheaper...i would get what u can for the LT1 and pick up a complete car

    Get a Corvette LT1 and rebuild it. Junk yards have them pretty cheap and sometimes you can get the tranny with it for $1,500. Always good to have extra parts laying around.
