You will need an adapter u-joint for the driveshaft to mate to the pinion yoke. Also, many choose to upgrade to an adjustable panhard bar, lower control arms and relocation brackets, torque arm, ect. Depending on where you purchase the rear from, some of these options are available when you order. You may also need to install your backing plates on the axles, and have the axle bearings pressed on. Reluctor rings too, if you are retaining abs/tcs. They can usually be installed from the factory as well, if you choose.

I would suggest at least the panhard bar. The rest will depend on the main goal for the car.

You'll want adjustable components if you are lowered or plan on lowering your car in the future.

Adjustable is the way to go then. I always prefer adjustable anyways, but that's just me.

You don't lose any highway drivability w/4:10s.

With 4:10's you may lose 15 mph on your top end. So you can do 155 instead of 170. But the bottom end is going to be awsome.
