i cant find what this part is called or the part number anywhere

its the plastic bracket piece that connects the headlight lid to the lkights...

Here's the link to the catalog, it looks like they've discontinued making it.

You might want to try printing out the diagram and taking it to your local GM dealership and asking them to see if someone in the country has it in stock, and let them order it for you.
