Red- 2000 Trans Am
2000 Trans am Head Tick
Hey i just bought a trans am with 97k on it and ive noticed this tick noise, Ive heard about the needle bearings going bad on the rockers im not
sure if thats what it is though. The noise gets worse at 1200-1700RPM and I can only really hear it on the left side of the motor. HOWEVER, my dad has a 97 corvette and I has a tick noise as well as my mom with a vortex 5.3. Im not sure if im being parinoid or what i need to do? PLEASE
Help
P.S. I recently used Restoration engine restore and at 1400RPM my oil pressure is about 35psi :/
And could this be a bad injector?
and how would i check it?Last edited by Lucashubbell; 09-22-2011 at 06:41 AM.
