What to do w/extra desktop PC?

Have my GF's old desktop PC & need some ideas on what to do with it.

I already have my old desktop running my arcade cabinet. I don't NEED to do anything w/it, but I have it so I want to find a use for it.

I could turn it into a security center, but that would depend on my options for inexpensive wireless cameras.

+1 on media center. Having a dedicated pc streaming media to any capable device in the house is an awesome thing to have.
You don't even need to run linux, you can just stick to a basic windows setup if you want.

get rid of your phone and use that... crap... can't remember the name of it... it's a PC phone system that is pretty much free... international calls and all that crap...
