2002 Z28 A4 NBM- Sadly now demodded :(
Let me guess: 9' 6" clearance and a 10' tall trailer?

I saw 2 on their sides when I was going to Reno last week. Both had another truck backed up to it and guys manually transferring the contents to the other.

alot of those signs on the east coast that have a sign are when snow is on the ground. I have driven under bridges that had 12'5" clearance with no problem.
In the front of the atlas we use is a guide for each state with the restricted routes and low clearances. Alot of drivers don't take the time to look at it. On the east coast it is a must.
fyi trailers are 13'6" tall.

the problem drivers can't tell the difference from interstates and Parkways. Merritt Parkway where this vid was taken is accessed from I287. There are at least 3 signs that state no Commercial traffic.

It amazes me how often this happens. Like you said, there are tons of signs at each Parkway, as well as tons of signs that say "TRUCKS USE EXPRESSWAYS NOT PARKWAYS."
That said, the northeast is a PITA for trucking, and any kind of commercial traffic. I drive New England several times a month, and having lived here all my life, still have to remind myself. So many of these guys can't speak English and are strung out on No-Doze, so maybe it doesn't surprise me after all.

One of the things that happens here @ my end of PA is good ol Penn Dot repaves roads but does'nt adjust for overpasses.. Guess no one can use a tape measure anymore.. So the posted height states 13' 6" but it could be off as much as 6+ inches because of the new paving.. fawking DUH..
