reminds me of the court battle in Houston about a Mosque suing a pig farmer next door to them. Farmer was there first, they moved in, now they wanted to rezone the area to prevent swine, just swine, from being raised.
Last I heard it was tossed out of court.

I think it is a great example of the little guy finding a way to bring attention to something he sees as an issue. Much like Bob from G105(local radio station) putting a sign in the back of a truck and driving up and down the street in front of a buisness that wronged him.
In this case if the place is truly CLOSE to his home they should build a fence, OR he could build one.
