AutoTap scan tool

Anyone interested in an Autotap scan tool? I was going to list it for $30 shipped on Ebay, but thought I'd offer it here first.

The software is available on line, I just have the module which hooks into the OBDII connector on the car. It's an older version, which I bought back in 2001. It still works fine, I had it working with my last laptop, but for some reason I can't get it to work with my latest company issued PC. I really didn't try all that hard though.

It comes with the serial cable as well, so if you have a laptop with that, you can hook up no problem. You will need to load drivers for the USB connection. I used to have a real old laptop that I dedicated to being the scanner and that worked great with this.

Autotap can read parameters, DTC and clear DTC's.

this is just a code reader right?

More than just a simple code reader really. With the laptop, you can read real-time parameters for diagnostics. You can check out the downloads at their website. You will need either the v1.0, 2.05 or 3.1 Diagnostic software. Depends how the reader works with your laptop. If interested PM me, and we can work it out.
