Out with the old
and.........it's still out but hopefully not for long!
It used to be a ZZ502 GM crate motor - and in a sense, it still kind of is - but.....
I can't wait to get it back! I'll share once I do

Wow It sounds like you've worked on some fun stuff!
I love the BBC sound too - there's definitely nothing like it.
How much power is your 502 making with that 8-71 up top?
My 502 is getting stroked to a 572(new crank & rods), bigger cam, and jumping the compression to 11:1(custom Ross pistons). The builder says it will make over 700 on 92 octane. It's been in need of an update, so here we go I guess.

It's a '68, but that front strip isn't 'stock'. It was an add on at some point in it's life. The car is originally a 327/powerglide car. It was bought of out Arizona, and even the buzzer still works when you put the key in the ignition. It's not hacked up at all. It's pretty when it's all shined up.

The custom pistons are in, now the counter weights must be cut (off the crank) so that the pistons clear.
Hopefully the assembly will happen on Friday
