- 2001 camaro
Just today I received a 2001 Camaro from California with a pro-built LS-7 motor and reworked 6-speed transmission. My intentions are to use this motor and transmission in a '67 pro-touring Camaro I am building for a buddy of mine in Wisconsin. Then we are going to replace it with a LS-2 and a Keisler 5-speed. Yes its quite a project. We have the body pretty well prepared with Global West front suspension parts, Wildwood disc brakes all the way around, Hot Rods to Hell rear suspension. So this tranny and motor will make a nice fit.
