Car alarm?
I was looking at getting this alarm/remote start for my truck its a Python Remote Start/Keyless Entry System (Python 1400XP) they sell it at circuit city, has anyone heard any thing about them? good or bad please let me know, its going on a 05 Siverado crew cab

Anything made by DEI is good quality... ie. python hornet viper etc.... I am more partial to Viper alarms, but there is nothing wrong with that python its a good unit.

agree, anything dei is going to be quality. Only difference is the features. I have avital(made by dei) that was 50 bucks cheaper than the viper plus it had more features. I was favoring the viper but since its all dei,had more features and was cheaper why not.

I`ve had a python remote start/alarm in my truck for over 6 years and it works great.

I have a python responder also...it's a good alarm, exact same as a viper but has a lower price for some reason.
