That deputy needs to go to jail...period. I'm still amazed he shot the guy like 3 times...I couldn't believe it when I first saw the vid. Even if he didn't tell the guy to get up(which he did), you don't shoot the guy.....he should of went hands on with pepper, asp....whatever.

That's the bad thing about the sheriffs departments....most of them put you through academy and then do your FTO on the streets...then throw you in the jails for 4-5 years babysitting inmates. 5 years later you're back in the patrol car with no experiance and having forgotten a lot of your academy stuff.
