    Corvette Shift Knob ????

    Does anyone know if the Shift Knob (Automatic) for 97-04 C5 & Z06
    will fit in 2002 Trans Am. The way they mount in looks the same as the T-handle, and I would guess the button works the same way as any other automatic button knob. My concern would be the depth at which the knob sets lining up with the slit the tab goes into.
