Anyone read the new hot rod magazine?

Two ls1 articles in it.... rear ends and 11s for 14k dollars. Both pretty decent reads. They must have a ls1 project car.....

did you see the 14k budget ls1 car they built? 500+ hp all engine! price was including the camaro

Yeah, i saw it. Def nice, but i wounder how they did it, its pretty much my goal with my car.

Read it this morning! Good read. Don't know if $14K is good budget for that build, since they ended up replacing the tranny, TC, rear end and most of the suspension cuz it was worn out, for another $11K. Total build including the car was $25K IIFC. Not my kinda budget. I'm el cheapo and $2-$3K is my budget.
