Pewter- 2001 Camaro Z28 M6
sounds like a quality build. what caliber did you build for?
check out the stark equipment pistol grips
http://www.starkequipment.com/
i went with this, it fits larger hands, places your trigger finger in a good spot and leaves room to wear gloves if needed be.

If you are looking for investment value as well... Try Rock River Arms... Takes a while to get, but in 5 years you can most likely double your money...
I have a .308 predator hp coming from them... Cant wait

Yeah, I almost used a RR lower but found a DPMS for a better price.
I did use a RR BCG.

what? Where do you get this info?
I'm sorry I must be one of the few that still see modern mass produced weapons as TOOLS not investments.
'Oh I got this highpoint special edition blah blah blah" It's still a highpoint
The only "Investment" guns I have are wartime browning shotguns, and a Springfield 1866,Last edited by ztrouble; 05-26-2010 at 05:05 AM.

I built an bushmaster ar15 10yrs ago for 550 bucks... The market where I live now, I could get at between 1000 and 1200. The gun market now is better and safer than the stock market. Another example is the cheap piece of garbage, the tec-9. This gun is total junk. I bought it new just after Columbine shooting for $149, now after bad publicity and "blaming the gun" they go up to $400...
Anything classified as "assult weapon", is sought to be taken off the market. Once off the market, supply and demand takes over. Less supply means more demand, then you have price increases... Anyway just my thoughts..

RR is excellent quality...i'm still kinda in shock that i found a firearms sub-forum on my fav site to ask bout my GTO...best of both worlds...still doing some custom work on 2 long rifles, neither ready to test yet, but i'm adjusting custom trigger and optics for my HK SL8-1 Tac 5.56 and hopefully gonna get my Accuracy International .338 back sometime this week from my buddy who is adjusting my bolt and lighten the pull a bit...good to see there are a few other car-nuts that like raech out and punch holes at a distance as well...if any of you are interested in the Midwest area, there is an open shoot in Osceola, IA usually late in the summer...funny enough, the name is the Osceola Organization for Precision Shooting, or OOPS for short...kinda scary huh? fairly easy competition if you're up for it

I just did an appleseed shoot. They taught about history and the fundamentals of ironsight shooting. They also did the AQT test.. Im not sure if they are all over but I highly suggest if anyone can make it to one of them, they should. I plan on attending at least one a year.

it's a nail driver...won't have it back till next week and not planning a trip north that direction, so it will be a few days...i like it better than the barrett .50 by far...and you'd be surprised how the .338 can perform...but you pay for it...lol...broke my bank
